Tenants wish to keep the following pet(s) at the leased premises

TENANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

Only toe above described pets shall be permitted on or at the property. No additions or substitutions without written permission of the landlord.

Being allowed to keep a pet will NOT change the Landlord's acceptable standards of wear and tear to the property.

Pet will not be allowed to interfere with any other tenant's enjoyment or use of the property.

Pet(s) must be kept in control at all times. In multi-family dwellings, pet may not be left tied up in any common area such as walkways, stairwells,
porches or exterior grounds.

Any damage to the property, to other tenants' property, or to any person caused by the pet(s) is the sole responsibility of the tenants.

A non refundable pet fee of $____________ will be paid prior to pet(s) entering property or move in. This is not a deposit for damages of any
kind and will not be refunded for any reason.
